Returns and Refunds We want you and your dog to be happy with every Bearlo purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective contact us within 7 days at bearlostore@gmail.com with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Change of Mind Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Item must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once received we will issue store credit.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item contact us immediately and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Items Not Arrived If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase contact us and we will investigate with the supplier and issue a full refund if necessary.
